1. Company information

lionheadmoto.com is operated by Lionheadmoto, trading as Lionhead Moto, UEN 53431048J. We are a motorcycle gear retailer based in Singapore. In these Terms of Service, Lionhead Moto, we, us and our refer to Lionheadmoto. Our contact details are set out above.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing lionheadmoto.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, our 7-Day Exchange Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

3. Products and safety

We sell motorcycle helmets, jackets, gloves and accessories.

Helmets are PSB-approved where applicable and are intended for road use in Singapore. Please ensure that your helmet fits correctly and refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

Product colours and images may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

4. Orders and payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). No additional GST is charged at checkout. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment is made.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order or confirm fulfilment.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order, including where a product is incorrectly priced, unavailable or where an order appears fraudulent.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices may change without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep stock levels accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an exchange.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping Info page.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by couriers or customs authorities.

7. 7-Day Exchange Policy

Change-of-mind exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery on an exchange-only basis. Cash refunds are not available for these exchanges. Please read our 7-Day Exchange Policy for the full conditions.

8. Refunds

Cash refunds are available only in the circumstances set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Warranty and after-sales service

Where a product develops a manufacturing defect, our warranty process applies.

Warranty claim requirements. To make a warranty claim, you must provide all of the following:

• Original receipt: A valid receipt issued by Lionhead Moto. We cannot accept a warranty claim without our receipt.
• Description of issue: A clear description of the fault, supported by photographs or videos where relevant.
• Product submission: The item must be returned to us for inspection and warranty processing. Processing time is subject to the brand or manufacturer's assessment, and a completion date cannot be guaranteed.
• Warranty outcome: If approved, we will arrange a one-to-one replacement, subject to any applicable administrative fee. If rejected, we will notify you to collect the submitted item.

Administrative fee. A handling fee applies to warranty one-to-one replacements to cover handling, logistics, documentation and administrative processing:

• ASMAX, ID221 and CARDO: SGD $35.00.
• All other brands: no charge.

7-day waiver. No administrative fee is charged for warranty claims made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Important notice. Lionhead Moto does not control the final warranty assessment or decision made by a brand or manufacturer and is not responsible for that decision.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lionhead Moto is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Lionhead Moto and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site is the current version.
