Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
Send it back unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact
We dispatch your replacement once we receive and inspect the item

What qualifies
Items eligible for exchange
We accept exchanges on helmets, jackets, and gloves within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. We don't offer cash refunds.
Helmets: size exchanges only, unused with visor film intact
Jackets and gloves: size or colour exchanges, tags attached
Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible
Cash refunds are not offered, exchange only
